Chop the Vanilla Almond Bark on Parchment paper, and place it in a large Microwave Safe bowl. Open the Sweetened Condensed Milk and pour the Milk over the Chopped Vanilla Almond Bark, and place in the Microwave for about 2 – 3 minutes, stopping the Microwave at about 20 second intervals to stir the mixture until melted, and smooth. When the Vanilla Almond Bark, and Milk are stirred smooth, add the Goodman’s Lemon Flavoring, and chop the Freeze Dried Strawberries, and stir into the mixture. Add a few drops of Yellow Food Coloring Gel if desired.
Stir all ingredients together until well blended. Line an 8 X 8 inch dish with Parchment Paper, and leave the paper hanging over the edges of the dish, to make it easy to lift out the Fudge. Pour the Fudge into the Dish, and smooth out evenly. Add whole Freeze Dried Strawberries to the Top of the Fudge, and place the dish in the refrigerator overnight for best results.
When ready to serve, remove the dish from the refrigerator, and cut into 1 inch squares. Serve, and Enjoy!!!
