Jello shot cups or plastic condiment cups 2 oz size
Ingredients
1box of Cherry Jello – 6 ounce
1/2cupof Water
1cupof Coca Cola
1cupof Malibu coconut Rum
1Jar of stemmed Maraschino Cherry
Instructions
In a heavy medium size Sauce Pan, bring the water to a boil, remove from heat, and add the gelatin mixture to the boiling water. Stir to dissolve the Jello.
When the Jello is dissolved, add the cold Cola.
Let the Jello cool to room temperature, then add the cup Malibu Rum, and stir well to mix.
Place the Shot Glasses on a cookie sheet that will fit in the refrigerator, and pour, or ladle the Jello into the plastic cups.
Place in the refrigerator overnight to set.
Before serving, add a Maraschino Cherry in the center of the Shot.
