These Malibu rum jello shots cherry coke are not only pretty to look at, they’re one of the best jello shot recipes ever!

Equipment

  • Jello shot cups or plastic condiment cups 2 oz size

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box of Cherry Jello – 6 ounce
  • 1/2 cup of Water
  • 1 cup of Coca Cola
  • 1 cup of Malibu coconut Rum
  • 1 Jar of stemmed Maraschino Cherry

Instructions
 

  • In a heavy medium size Sauce Pan, bring the water to a boil, remove from heat, and add the gelatin mixture to the boiling water. Stir to dissolve the Jello.
  • When the Jello is dissolved, add the cold Cola.
  • Let the Jello cool to room temperature, then add the cup Malibu Rum, and stir well to mix.
  • Place the Shot Glasses on a cookie sheet that will fit in the refrigerator, and pour, or ladle the Jello into the plastic cups.
  • Place in the refrigerator overnight to set.
  • Before serving, add a Maraschino Cherry in the center of the Shot.
  • Serve, and Enjoy!
