  • 1 pound lean ground beef

  • 1/2 cup beef broth or water

How to Make Taco Meat

Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and diced onion. Cook until the beef is browned and the onion is tender, breaking the meat into small crumbles as it cooks.

Drain any excess grease if needed.

Stir in the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
