Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak (or ribeye/NY strip), cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 TBSP Kinders butter seasoning
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
  • Optional: A squeeze of lemon juice or a pinch of red pepper flakes for extra flavor

How to Make Garlic Butter Steak Bites

  1. Prep the Steak
    Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
  2. Sear the Steak
    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add steak in a single layer (don’t overcrowd). Sear for 1–2 minutes per side, until browned and crusty. Work in batches if needed.
  3. Add the Garlic Butter
    Turn heat to low. Add butter and minced garlic to the pan. Stir for 30 seconds until fragrant. Toss steak bites to coat in the garlic butter.
  4. Garnish and Serve
    Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm. Add lemon juice or red pepper flakes if desired.
