• 3 cups Chex cereal
• ½ cup white chocolate chips
• 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
• 2 tablespoons instant cheesecake pudding mix
• ¾ cup powdered sugar

For the Strawberry (Pink) Batch

• 3 cups Chex cereal
• ½ cup white chocolate chips
• 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
• 1 teaspoon strawberry flavoring or extract
• 1 tablespoon strawberry Jell-O powder
• ¾ cup powdered sugar

Instructions

1. Make the Cheesecake (White) Muddy Buddies

1. Place 3 cups Chex in a large bowl.
2. Melt white chocolate + peanut butter in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
3. Stir in instant cheesecake pudding mix.
4. Pour over the cereal and gently fold until coated.
5. Add to a zip-top bag with powdered sugar and shake until covered.
6. Spread on parchment to cool.

2. Make the Strawberry (Pink) Muddy Buddies

1. Place 3 cups Chex in a new bowl.
2. Melt white chocolate + peanut butter the same way.
3. Stir in strawberry flavoring and strawberry Jell-O powder until pink and smooth.
4. Pour over the cereal and mix gently.
5. Add to a zip-top bag with powdered sugar and shake until evenly coated.
6. Spread on parchment to cool.
