PEANUT BUTTER M & M FUDGE

Talk about fun, festive, and delicious, this PEANUT BUTTER M & M FUDGE is it! This fudge is so good, and it’s so simple to make. You just stir it all together and refrigerate it, and when it sets up, it’s just wonderful. This would be a great addition for a Buffet table, or to sit around for snacks at a party, or even in bags for party favor’s or a Hostess gift. It’s so colorful, no matter where you decide to serve it, it’s a real treat. Keep this one in your favorites!
HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO MAKE PEANUT BUTTER M & M FUDGE:
- 24 ounces of Chocolate Bark – melted
- 1 can of Sweetened Condensed Milk – 14 ounces
- 8 Peanut Butter Cups – Store bought – or homemade, see recipe below
- 1 cup of crushed Oreo’s – mini’s
- 1/2 cup of M & M’s mini’s – more for sprinkling on top

HERE’S WHAT YOU DO:
In a large Microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate at 15 second intervals, until completely melted, and stir until smooth. Add the can of sweetened condensed milk and stir until smooth. Break the Peanut Butter Cups in half and add to the chocolate mixture. Add the crushed Oreo’s, and the mini-M & M’s, and stir all ingredients until blended.

Spray an 8 X 8 pan with cooking spray, and line with Parchment paper. Pour the Fudge into the pan and spread smooth and even. Place the pan in refrigerator, overnight for best results. When ready to serve, cut in small squares, serve, and enjoy!

HOME MADE PEANUT BUTTER CUPS – These are great for someone with a NUT ALLERGY, because they’re made with WOW BUTTER – a peanut, tree nut alternative to peanut butter.
HERE”S WHAT YOU NEED AND WHAT YOU DO:
- 16 ounces of Chocolate Bark – or melting chocolate – melted
- 1 jar of WOW BUTTER – about 1/2 a cup for this recipe
- 1/3 cup of Powdered Sugar
- 8 – 10 Silicone baking cups
In a medium size bowl, melt the chocolate in the Microwave at 15 second intervals, until melted, and stir until smooth. In a separate bowl, add the WOW BUTTER, and the powdered sugar, and stir together until smooth and creamy.
In the Silicone baking cups, add about 1 teaspoon of the melted chocolate to each cup. Add 1 Tablespoon of the Wow butter/powdered sugar mixture to each cup, on top of the chocolate. Add another teaspoon of melted Chocolate on top of the Wow Butter, and smooth out the chocolate. Place the Cups in the refrigerator to set. Once the chocolate has set – or hardened – they’re ready to use.
NOTE: You can make these in place of peanut butter cups for someone who has allergies to peanuts or tree nuts. It’s a great gift for someone who cannot have candy off the shelf because of the cross contamination associated with the majority of shelf items. If you’re not familiar with WOW BUTTER, it’s usually located with the jelly, and honey in most grocery stores. It comes in smooth/creamy, or crunchy choices, and tastes just like peanut butter. It’s made in a peanut/tree nut facility and is a great alternative for anyone who suffers from these types of allergies. It can be used in most recipes calling for peanut butter – cookies – cakes – pies – etc.

Ingredients
