Step by Step Instructions
Step 1: Line an 8 X 8 inch pan with Parchment paper, and set aside. In a large bowl, combine the Eggs, Sugar, and Vanilla, and stir until well blended.
Step 2:Â Add the softened Butter, melted white chocolate, Flour and a pinch of Salt, stir to blend.Â
Step 3:Â Add dried strawberries and stir until completely blended.
Step 4:Â Add 5-6 drops of hot pink gel food color to give the brownies their preppy pink color, stir until combined.
Step 5:Â Add white chocolate chips to pink batter and stir until the chips are completely mixed in the strawberry brownie batter.
Step 6:Â Pour batter into greased dish and bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Step 7:Â Let cool completely before frosting. Take one can of vanilla frosting and place in a bowl and add a few drops of pink food coloring to tint the frosting pink. Frost the cooled brownies, slice and serve.

- Pinch of Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup of Sugar
- 2 teaspoons of Vanilla
- 6 Tablespoons of Butter - softened
- 6 ounces of White chocolate Chips
- 1 container of Pillsbury Vanilla Frosting
- 1/2 cup dried strawberries
- Pink food coloring
