Instructions:

1. Prep the Avocados

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl. Mash them gently with a fork—chunky or smooth, it’s up to you!

2. Add the Flavor

Squeeze fresh lime juice over the mashed avocado to brighten the flavor and keep it from browning. Stir in the red onion, garlic, cilantro, tomato (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.

3. Taste & Adjust
