Cook the noodles by boiling them: boil water over medium heat, in the amount of water stated on the package directions. Cook the noodles until al dente, then, drain the noodles of half the boiling water and leave the rest in the pan, this will be a base for your ramen noodle sauce.
Then, in a pan or wok, I used a wok so I could easily have enough room to toss my noodles in the sauce and add pork, make the sauce. Add soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, and red pepper flakes into the noodle water and boil until the sugar is dissolved. If you like spicy foods, be sure to add a little bit more pepper chili flakes. If you like a sauce with a sweet flavor, you can double the brown sugar.
Then add cooked pork crumbles and heat in the sauce over low heat.Add the cooked ramen back to the wok and toss to coat in the sauce and pork.
Top the noodles with chopped green onion and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning. Enjoy!
