Servings 12 pieces

Ingredients

  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
  • vegetable oil or sesame oil
  • 1/2 lb. ground pork
  • 2 green onions – chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tsp seasoned pepper
  • chili sauce – your favorite sauce brand

Instructions

  • First thing, begin by adding all of your filling ingredients in a pan sprayed with oil and cook the pork until browned. Next, add spices, and stir until completely combined.
  • Lay your wontons wrappers out on a wet paper towel and begin adding 1 tablespoon of pork filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Then, take a little cooking spray and spray the edges of your wrapper and then take all four corners of the wrapper and pinch them together.
  • Turning your air fryer on and setting the temp to 350 degrees and the cook time to 6 minutes. Using a little oil, I prefer spray oil, spray the bottom of your air fryer basket. Space your pork wontons evenly in the bottom of the air fryer basket, for best results, make sure they don’t touch. This will allow the hot air to circulate around the wontons and this is the best way to ensure that you get crispy wontons every time.
  • I always like to use a light spray of oil on top of each wonton and sprinkle with sesame seeds before cooking. Place the air fryer basket in the air fryer and cook for 6 minutes. As soon they are finished air frying remove from basket, plate and serve with sweet asian chili sauce for dipping.
