In a blender, or a food processor, blend all the ingredients together, except the Chocolate Chips. Stir the Chocolate Chips in gently, with a spoon.
Grease or use cooking spray for a 9 ounce oven safe baking dish.
Pour the batter into the dish, and place it in the oven, and bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven, and allow to cool completely. When cool, add any toppings you choose. Enjoy
