Be sure to check out our step by step guide on the various ways to fold wontons. While there is no right way or wrong way to fold a dumpling, it’s great to be aware of different folding techniques so your filling doesn’t fall out while cooking. Some like to start at the center of the wrapper and fold like an envelope, others take their index finger and wet the edges of the wrapper and fold to the opposite corner to make a triangle shape.

How do I store leftover wontons?
You can store leftover wontons in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat in the air fryer or oven until crispy.
Can I freeze uncooked wontons?
Yes! You can place in a zip-top bag and freeze uncooked wontons for up to one month and then deep fry or air fry.
