Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz) box cherry Jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey
  • 1/3 cup cherry pie filling
  • A few drops red gel food coloring
  • Optional garnishes: whipped cream, red sugar sprinkles, maraschino cherries

Instructions

1. Prepare the Bloody Rim

In a small bowl, stir together cherry pie filling and a few drops of red gel food coloring until it resembles thick “blood.”
Dip the rim of each glass into the mixture and gently twist to coat. Let it drip slightly for effect, then refrigerate or set aside.

2. Mix the Cocktail

In a heat-safe bowl, dissolve the cherry Jello in 1 cup boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
Add 1/2 cup cold water and 1/2 cup Fireball whiskey, and stir to combine.

3. Shake or Pour

Let the mixture cool slightly.
If you want it icy and frothy, pour it into a martini shaker with ice, shake, then strain into prepared glasses.
Otherwise, pour directly into the glasses.

4. Garnish & Serve

Top with whipped cream, red sugar sprinkles, or a maraschino cherry for an extra pop of Halloween flair.
Serve immediately with dim lighting and your favorite vampire flick.

Pro Tips

  • Make it ahead: You can prep the “bloody” rims and Jello mixture a few hours before your party. Just shake or pour right before serving.
  • Serve in fancy glasses: Martini or coupe glasses look extra spooky with dripping rims.
  • Make a mocktail version: Swap the Fireball for cinnamon tea or apple juice for a family-friendly version!
