Ingredients

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 large eggs

  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 3–4 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Chicken

  • Slice each chicken breast in half horizontally to create 4 thin cutlets.
  • Place each cutlet between two sheets of parchment paper or plastic wrap and pound to about ¼-inch thickness using a meat mallet or rolling pin.

2. Set Up the Breading Station

  • In one shallow bowl, place the flour.
  • In a second bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
