SUGAR COOKIE M & M FUDGE

Oh my gosh!  This SUGAR COOKIE M & M FUDGE is so easy to make, and it’s really good.  Like, you could eat the whole pan good!  It’s great to have around to snack on during the Holidays, or to place on a buffet table, or even to place in clear bags for party favors, or a Hostess gift.  No matter when you decide to make and enjoy this, you’re going to love it, and so will everyone else.  Make sure to put this one in your favorites. 

HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED FOR SUGAR COOKIE M & M FUDGE :

• 24 ounces of White Chocolate – melted
• 12 smashed Sugar Cookies (home made, or store bought)
• 1 can of Sweetened Condensed Milk – 14 ounce
• 1 bag of Red and Green M & M’s
• Christmas Sprinkle Mix
• 1 package of White Chocolate chips

HERE’S WHAT YOU DO:

Melt the White Chocolate in the microwave at 15 second intervals and stir until smooth.  Place the Sugar Cookies in a food processor, and pulse them until they’re fine crumbs, and add to the melted chocolate.  Add the Sweetened Condensed Milk and stir until completely blended.  Spray an 8 X 8 pan with Cooking Spray, and then line the bottom of the pan with Parchment paper.  Pour the Fudge into the pan, and spread to smooth, with a Spatula.  Sprinkle the M&M’s on top, White Chocolate chips, and sprinkle the Christmas Sprinkle Mix on top of the Fudge.  Place the Fudge in the refrigerator overnight. 

When ready to serve, cut in 1-inch pieces, serve, and enjoy!
