Raspberry Pie Crust Cinnamon Rolls

These raspberry pie crust cinnamon rolls are flaky, sweet, and incredibly easy to make thanks to my never-fail homemade pie crust. Instead of yeast dough, this recipe uses a tender, buttery pie crust that rolls up beautifully and bakes into golden, cinnamon-swirled perfection.

How to Make Raspberry Pie Crust Cinnamon Rolls

Make the Pie Crust Dough

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Cut in the Crisco until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

In a 1-cup measuring cup, crack the egg and fluff it with a fork. Add the vinegar, then fill the rest of the cup with cold water. Whip with a fork until fully combined.

Gradually add the egg and water mixture to the flour and Crisco, mixing gently until a dough forms. Do not overmix.

Divide the dough into portions, wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Assemble the Cinnamon Rolls

Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish.

On a lightly floured surface, roll one portion of dough into a rectangle about ¼-inch thick.

Spread softened butter evenly over the dough. Spoon the raspberry jam over the butter and gently spread it out.

In a small bowl, mix together the sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over the jam.

Starting with the long edge, carefully roll the dough into a tight log. Slice into 1-inch rolls and place them into the prepared baking dish.
