Jennie’s Thoughts

These cookies taste like a chocolate-covered strawberry wrapped in a buttery snowball — truly the perfect bite. The strawberry center stays soft and jammy, and the mini chocolate chips melt just enough to give that rich chocolatey flavor.

I love making these for Christmas because the powdered sugar looks like fresh snow, but they’re also beautiful for Valentine’s Day… they feel romantic and cozy. And the best part? They look fancy, but they’re unbelievably easy. Just mix, fill, bake, and roll.

If you want to dress them up, you can drizzle melted chocolate on top or add a tiny pinch of pink sanding sugar to the final roll for a blush-pink snowy look.
