Step by Step Instructions
Step 1:Â Add butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a bowl and stir until combined.
Step 2:Â Next, add flour, baking soda, salt, and cream of tartar, and stir until all ingredients are combined and a nice cookie dough is formed.Â
Step 3: Then, add enough black food coloring gel to turn the cookie dough black, keep stirring until all the dough has been tinted black.
Step 4: Add sprinkles and stir for a few minutes until the sprinkles are completely mixed in the dough.
Step 5: Using a 2″ cookie scoop, scoop cookies out onto a parchment lined cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Step 6: When cookies come out of the oven, place candy eyes on top of each cookie while they are still hot.

- 3 1/4 cups flour

- Wilton candy eyeballs
