Easy Corn Dog Bites (Perfect Party Snack or Quick Dinner!)

Ingredients

  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 3–4 hot dogs (cut into 6 pieces each)
  • Mini muffin liners
  • Mini muffin pan

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line your mini muffin pan with paper liners.
  2. Prepare the Jiffy cornbread mix according to package instructions (egg + milk).
  3. Fill each muffin liner about 2/3 full with cornbread batter.
  4. Cut hot dogs into small bite-sized pieces (about 6 per hot dog).
  5. Place one hot dog piece into the center of each muffin cup.
  6. Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
  7. Serve warm with ketchup, mustard, or your favorite dipping sauce!
