Ingredients
- 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3/4 cup cold milk
- 1/2 cup whipped cream vodka (or strawberry vodka)
- 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 6–8 Strawberry Pocky sticks, crushed
- Extra Strawberry Pocky sticks, for garnish
- Optional: pink food coloring, sprinkles, whipped cream
Instructions
- Make the pudding: In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened (about 2 minutes).
- Add vodka: Stir in the whipped cream vodka until fully combined.
- Fold in whipped topping: Gently fold in whipped topping until light and creamy.
- Mix in crushed Pocky: Crush 6–8 Strawberry Pocky sticks and fold them into the pudding mixture. The little cookie and strawberry bits add amazing texture!
- Spoon into shot cups: Transfer the mixture into 2 oz plastic shot cups or mini dessert cups.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours or until set.
- Top and serve: Garnish each shot with a dollop of whipped cream, a whole Strawberry Pocky stick, and a few pink sprinkles if desired.
