Growing up, treats like these were always the ones everyone reached for first—no slicing, no plates, just a sweet little bite you could pop in your mouth.

Whether you’re hosting a fall gathering, putting together a Christmas cookie tray, or just looking for a no-bake recipe to make with the kids, these Marshmallow Caramel Krispies check all the boxes.

Ingredients
- 1 bag large marshmallows
- 1 batch Homemade Caramel (or 1 bag Kraft caramels, melted with a splash of milk)
- 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal

Instructions
- Melt the Caramel – If using homemade caramel, prepare it ahead of time and keep warm so it stays smooth and dippable. If you’d rather take a shortcut, melt Kraft caramels in a saucepan with a splash of milk until silky.
- Dip the Marshmallows – Using a fork or skewer, dip each marshmallow into the warm caramel, letting any excess drip off.
- Coat in Rice Krispies – Roll the caramel-covered marshmallow in Rice Krispies cereal, pressing lightly so the cereal sticks.
- Set & Cool – Place each coated marshmallow on a parchment-lined baking sheet to cool and set.
- Enjoy – Once firm, serve and enjoy these chewy, crunchy treats!

Tips & Variations
- Holiday Vibes: Add festive sprinkles to the Rice Krispies for Christmas, Halloween, or birthday parties.
- Chocolate Lovers: Drizzle melted milk or white chocolate over the tops for extra indulgence.
- Make-Ahead Friendly: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
