How to Make Skillet Lasagna
Making skillet lasagna is surprisingly simple, and requires just a few ingredients. First, start by preheating your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Then grab a large skillet and heat some oil over medium heat before adding ground beef. Cook until it’s browned and cooked through before draining any fat from the skillet.

Next, it’s time to add your vegetables such as onions, garlic, mushrooms, bell peppers and/or zucchini. Cook for about five minutes until they are tender before stirring in tomato sauce and seasonings like oregano and basil. If desired you can also stir in ricotta cheese at this time.

To finish off your lasagna add layers of uncooked lasagna noodles (you can use gluten-free if needed) followed by more tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Cover the pan with aluminum foil before baking for 30 minutes before removing the foil and baking for another 10 minutes until everything is bubbly and golden brown on top. Let cool slightly before serving!
