This oven Baked Fettuccine is so easy to make, and it’s really delicious. It’s made in one dish, so no pots and pans to clean up, and you get a creamy Pasta, with a bit of crunchy topping, and it’s just fabulous. This would be great for busy evenings, when you’re running late, or when you’re craving a wonderful Pasta without all the fuss. Trust me, keep this one handy!
Easy one dish oven baked fettuccini
1 lb. Fettuccini – broken in half
4 cups of chicken broth
1 cup of water
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp of garlic powder
3 tablespoons of butter – cut in pieces
1 cup of milk
1 cup of parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. of cracked black pepper
Stir well, make sure pasta is submerged in liquid. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until pasta is tender. Turn half way through baking.
1 cup of panko bread crumbs
1 cup of Parmesan cheese
1 Tablespoon of parsley
Stir together – sprinkle on top – bake in oven until golden brown – about 15 minutes. Top with parmesan, serve and enjoy.
