It’s so good, and it’s so easy to make, because you just mix it up, and serve it with Cookies, Oreo’s, or Pretzels, and you’ve got a sweet dip that everyone will love. Step by Step Instructions
Step 1: In the mixing bowl of a stand mixer, add the softened Cream Cheese, Milk, Cool Whip, and Vanilla, and mix until blended, smooth and creamy.

Step 2: Add the Marshmallow Cream, Powdered Sugar, and mix until blended. Place in the refrigerator for about an hour to chill.

Step 3: Spoon the Dip into a serving bowl, and place the Candy Eyeballs on the top. Using the toothpicks, put a little Red Food Coloring Gel on the end of the Toothpick, and streak the Red Gel through the Dip, like its coming from the Eyeballs, looking like bloody veins.

Place the bowl on a Board, tray, or plate, and place Cookies, Oreo’s, or Pretzels for dipping, around the bowl. Serve and enjoy!

- 8oz. Cream cheese
- 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 8oz. Cool whip
- 7oz. Marshmallow cream
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 2 cups Powdered sugar
- Red food coloring gel
- Toothpicks
- Candy eyeballs
Instructions
