OATMEAL COOKIE OVERNIGHT OATS
One of my new favorite recipes, before I head to the gym, is oatmeal cookie overnight oats. With sweet brown sugar, cinnamon, honey, and cookie protein powder it’s an amazing breakfast or snack before working out. It keeps me full for hours and has just enough sweetness that I don’t crave dessert as much.
